He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Poon" Turner and Maude Armand Turner; and his brothers, Keith Turner and Joel Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dean Turner of Cottonport; his son Daniel Turner of Arizona; and his sisters, Sandra Tassin of LaPlace and Linda Guillory of Lake Charles.
