He was predeceased by: his parents, Earsley Hart and Mable Hart; and his siblings, Earsley Hart, Jr. and Barbara Jean Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Iona Elizabeth Hart; his daughters, Tanya Lenell Watters (Gary L. Sr.) and Tammy Yvonne Morris (Ronald P.); his grandchildren, Justin Edward Pope and Mary Elizabeth Morris; his great grandchild Jason Pope; and his brother-in-law Mike Sticker (Lucy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home - Springhill (304 First Street, Northwest Springhill, LA 71075). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
