He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Salley Holtzclaw of Cotton Valley, LA; his sons, John E. Holtzclaw (Donna Kaye) of Shongaloo, LA and Jeffrey Tod Holtzclaw of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Hayden Holtzclaw of Bossier City, LA, Jes Holtzclaw (Lindsey) of Huntsville, AR and Caroline Holtzclaw of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild John Monroe Holtzclaw; and his daughter-in-law Anna McQuiston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
