He is survived by: his wife Pam Ratcliff; his children, Shannon Slater (David), Hayward Ratcliff (Amber), April Lee (Adam) and Megan Rose (Travis); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brianna (Michael), Hannah Bess, Jackson, Calvin, Cash and Mae Harmon; and his great grandchildren, Bryson and Sutton. He is also survived by six siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
