He was predeceased by: his grandfather Steven Shaw; his great-grandparents, Lanice, Gloria Janet Sales, Carole Nickerson Vaughan, Pete Colvin, Don, Ann Dodson, James Salter, Gaylon and Faye Shaw; and his cousin Lane Mangum.

He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Shaw (Kendall) of Ringgold, LA and Maegan Alyce Vaughan (Justin) of Cotton Valley, LA; his siblings, Kolt Hogan, Kason Shaw, Ty Shaw and Rylee Shaw; his grandparents, Debbie, Brandy Colvin, Chris Vaughan, Charles and Judy Salter; and his great-grandparents, Johnnie Ray Vaughan, Evelyn Colvin and Gloria Salter. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity Worship Center (148 Academy Dr, Springhill, LA 71075). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
