She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Spear and Elma Martin Spear; her sons, Jerry Waters and Danny Waters; her husbands, Jesse Golden Waters and Marvin Hill; and her siblings, Bernice Hester, Buck Spear, Wesley Spear, Norris Spear and Ray Spear.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Waters (Theresa), David Waters (Rhonda) and Judy Tisdel (Wayne); her sister Nellie Ruth Martin; and her close friends, Jerry Tidwell, Marsha (family: Jeff, Pam), Ruth, Tommy, Pam and Ernie. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; her church family; numerous nieces and nephews.
