He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Bud" Procell and Mary "Sissy" Procell; his wife Linda T. Procell; and his brothers, Gary "Foots" Procell and Melvis Procell.
He is survived by: his children, Rambo "Rams" Procell (Heather), Pamela "Floss" Procell Marr (Jeffrey) and Kimberly "Coon" Procell; his grandchildren, Destiny, Savanna, Tyler, Trey, Makenzie, Micheal, Kaleb, Jonathan, Grace, Alex and Kenzleigh; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by three great grandsons.
