He is survived by: his children, Robin Newberry (Glen), Cindy Morgan (Mike), Nina Bailey (late Kirk), Anne Roussel (Eileen), Norris Roussel, Jr. (Craig), Libby Roussel (Rusty) and Evie Hymel (Tip); his grandchildren, Troy, Tessie, Rebecca, Shannon, Jordan, Justin, Jace, Jennie, Kaitlyn, Noah, Emma, Gracelynn, Sailor and Hudson; and his brother Jean Roussel, Jr..
