She was predeceased by: her mother Gullena Hankton. She is survived by: her husband Carl Prestly; her daughters, Cardell Burns (Rodney), Shenita Butler (Ricky), Andrell Prestly (Roy), Damlaletha King (Chris), Torie Prestly (Anthony) and Reshetha Smith (Benjamin); her brother Walter Hankton; her sons, Terry and Kerry Prestly; her sister Mable Marshall; and her grandson Isaac Prestly. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 27 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Jeremiah Baptist Church (3460 LA-44, Darrow, LA 70725). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
