He was predeceased by: his son Airman First Class Thomas W. (Bamburg). He is survived by: his children, Penny Williams (Dave) of Hebert, Melissa Lofton of New Hampshire, Scott Bamburg (Nicia) of Benton, LA, Adam Bamburg (Nikki) of Natchitoches and Gayland Perry (Sunny) of Mangham; his stepsons, Kenny Duchesne, Heath Duchesne, Shane Nugent, Johnny Hatten and Devon Hatten; and his sister Helen Foster (Buddy) of Monroe. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church (1740 LA-133, Columbia, LA 71418). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
