He was predeceased by: his brother Johnathan Stone Nelson; his grandparents, Arthur L. Nelson, Sr., Mary L. Nelson, Barbara Breed Bailey and J. L. "Jake" Bailey; his aunt Polly Poynter (Frank); and his uncles, Robert "Dink" Bailey and Max Bailey.
He is survived by: his parents, Tony Nelson and Sarah Nelson; his children, Rylan Stone Nelson and Sarah Alison Nelson; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Williams (Harold) of Coushatta, LA, Arthur L. Nelson, Jr. of Columbia, LA, Timmy Nelson (Linda) of Odessa, TX, Jess Bailey (Kay) of Clarksville, AR, Nancy Bailey of Clarksville, AR, Emily Bailey of New Braunfels, TX and Pam Stokes; and his cousin Jason Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, cousins, and friends.
