He is survived by: his wife Gwen Blackwelder; his daughter Courtney Werner (Corey); his granddaughter Alaina Whitten of Centennial, CO; and his siblings, Brenda Blackwelder Bailey, Teresa Blackwelder, Mike Blackwelder (Nicky), Eddie Harper, Joel Blackwelder and Philip Blackwelder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
