We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 64, Phyllis Ann Blackwell (Columbia, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Murphey Blackwell; and her brother Steve Blackwell. She is survived by: her father John Blackwell Jr.; her children, Josh Martinez, Nicole Martinez (Stacey Henry) and Elizabeth Martinez; and her sisters, Barbie Shipp and Shirley Wall (Norwood). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
