It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard Barnhill of Columbia, Louisiana, born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, J. W. Short and Annie Hatten; and his sister Gloria Ann Grant. He is survived by: his wife Noma Hatten Barnhill; his children, Joseph Barnhill and Bristy Skyles (Steven Skyles); his granddaughters, Sarah Woomer and Lauren Barnhill; and his siblings, Thomas W. Barnhill, Glen Barnhill, Roy Barnhill, Jean Patton, Sue Gibson, Margaret Stapleton and Blanche Gibson.
In lieu of flowers any contributions can be made to Bristy Skyles to help defray any funeral expenses.
