He is survived by: his husband Shaun Kelly; his son Max McDaniel Shenikin; his stepson Caspian Kelly; his siblings, Carl McDaniel III (Cassie) and Melissa McDaniel (Valeda Garside); and his close friend Tyler Korth. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
