It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Rucker Neal (Columbia, Louisiana), who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Olan Lee Rucker and Ila Cook Rucker; her husbands, D. H. Kelly and Turner Neal; her siblings, Roy Rucker and Annie Ruth Cooper; her son-in-law Ed James; her grandson Adam Volentine; her children, Janet Lawrence (Jackie), Lisa Vander (Stuart) and William Neal (Debbie); and her siblings, Wilbur Rucker (Mary Dee), Bea Pigno (Sam), Syble Crain (Dallas), Lois Brownfield, Joyce Leger (Carlton) and Mable Terrell.
