He is survived by: his wife Charlene Caraway Perot; his children, Jerry Wayne Perot, Terry Dale Perot (Heather) and Tracy Renee Smith (Rodney); his grandchildren, Bobby Wayne Perot (Samantha), Blake Perot, Morgan Perot, Trystan Perot, Destiny Perot, McKenzie Howard and Autumn Smith; and his siblings, Dave Perot, Jr., Clifton Perot (Debbie), Marty Perot (Deanne), Shirley Masters, Gloria Crawford (Wayne) and Judy Caraway (Gene).
