She is survived by: her husband Charles Frederick, III; her children, Chris Frederick (Melissa), Dawn Maxwell (Clay) and Denise Frederick; her grandchildren, Jacey Maxwell, Abbie Maxwell, Jessica Walker, Joshua Frederick, Hunter Murphy and Tristen Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Emma Frederick, Lily Frederick and Madeline Frederick.
