He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ola Quinn, Curtis and Agnes Duke. He is survived by: his parents, James Samuel Duke, Sr. and Betty Lou Quinn Duke; his wife Tammy Howington Duke; and his daughter Samantha Lauren Duke. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
