He is survived by: his wife Gayle Gallien Johnston; his children, Teresa Johnston Miller (Gary Miller), Katie Johnston Tanner (Stephen Tanner) and Travis Johnston (Elizabeth Hampton Johnston); his grandchildren, Jonathan Miller (Morgan Rachal Miller), Chase Johnston, Adam Miller, Caleb Johnston, Mackenzie Tanner and Emily Miller; his great grandchild Marlee Miller; and his siblings, Donald Johnston and Jo Ann Johnston Williams (Terry Williams). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
