It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Holly Tingle Simmons (Columbia, Louisiana), who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah "Wash" Tingle and Lallie Volentine Tingle; her husband Robert G. Simmons; and her siblings, Hilga Gore, Judson Tingle, Marshall Tingle and Harper Tingle.
She is survived by: her children, Maurine Wilkins of Columbia and Mark Simmons of Grayson; her grandchildren, Holly Wilkins Brossett of New Orleans, Harper Wilkins of Columbia and Hillary Wilkins Lizenby (Joe) of Columbia; and her great grandchild Bella Brossett.
