She was predeceased by: her husband Odis Randolph "Butch" Darden; her parents, Minnie Marcelle Steele Brown and William Simmons; and her son Charles Edward "Eddie" Crockett. She is survived by: her children, Tammy May, Lori Broussard (Greg), Butch Darden (Vicki), Johnny Darden (Cheryl) and Deno Darden (Cheryl); and her sister Karen Ezell (Ray). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Schepis Museum or Caldwell Parish Library.
