With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Elaine Russell (Columbia, Louisiana), born in Clarks, Louisiana, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Erastus Claunch (Margaret Farrand Claunch) and Lord; her husband Hebert E. Russell; and her son Billy Richard Russell. She is survived by: her children, Danny Glynn Russell (Sue) and Marilyn Russell McCoy (John); her daughter-in-law Patricia Russell (Patty); and her grandchildren, Paul McCoy (Micah), Rachel McCoy Creel (Mike), Brad Russell (Sandy), Ashley Russell Campbell (Dave), Catherine Russell Crossfield (Gary), Karen Russell, William Russell (Chelsea) and Jenna Russell Bellmore (Doug). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
