He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker Evans; his daughter Amy Evans Puckett (Rusty); his grandchildren, Ana Giddens Fleming, Nolan Giddens, Jr., Dennis Evan Corbett Puckett and Abby Denise Puckett; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Fleming and Emilea Fleming; his sisters, Norva Lee Jackson, Donna Maxwell and Debbie Foster; his nephews, Randall Lowery, Jay Bush, Ron Bush, Rev. John Jones and Timmy Carter; and his uncles, Donnie McManus, Rev. Bennie Jones and Jimmy Dale Sims. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
