He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphis McClain and Florine Stewart McClain; and his brother Marion Edward McClain. He is survived by: his siblings, Frances Bourgeois of Bossier City and Danny McClain of California, A. B; and his close friend Jimmy Hatten of Columbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
