It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Fitzgerald (Columbia, Louisiana), who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Fitzgerald and Merlene Franks Fitzgerald; his wife Anne Fitzgerald; his brother Kenneth; and his son Todd Cooley.

He is survived by: his daughter Terri Ann Black (James Aycock) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Cole Black and Tessa Black; and his great grandchildren, Kastyn Black and Jett Black.
