She was predeceased by: her daughter Hellen Slade (Joe); and her husband Walter Specht. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Hathcock (Larry); her brother Olin Zartman (Ann); and her children, Jim Phillips (Pat) and Cissy West. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The viewing will be held on December 5, 2020, at Riser Funeral Home from 10am-11:45 pm, due to the pandemic, masks are required for the viewing.
