Talbert (Anita), Patsy Buckley (John Paul), Marie Lofton (Winton) and Shirley McManus; his grandchildren, Stormy Billmeier, Brooklyn Keen, Hunter Talbert, Lauren Butler, Hannah Linebaugh, Bailey Linebaugh, Stormy Billmeireir (Justin), Brooke (Sawyer), Marvin Talbert, Beatrice and Aiden Talbert; and his great grandchild Rayland Minchew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
