He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rhonda Church; his parents, Carl C. Church and JoAnn Church of Collinston, LA; his sons, Michael Darrell Church and Nathaniel "Bubba" Church of Collinston, LA; his sister Carla Rainwater of West Monroe, LA; his grandsons, Carter Church and Micah Church; his nieces and nephews, Heather Hubbard, Cliff Rainwater (Kristy), Clay Church (Kathryn), Kim McDaniel, Arthur Carter, Daniel Carter, John Carter, Alyssa Carter and Joe Rainwater (Donna); his mother-in-law Hazel Carter; his brother-in-law John Carter (Rose); his grandparents, Claude, Fannie Church, Robert Lee and Bama Lee Gregory; his father-in-law Floyd Carter, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Sidney Rainwater. He was also cherished by numerous extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kraftman Federal Credit Union under the name of Carter Church to assist in future expenses of his grandchildren.
