She is survived by: her husband Carl Church; her daughter Carla Rainwater; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Church; her grandchildren, Heather Craig (Jason), Cliff Rainwater (Kristy), Clay Church (Kathryn) and Kimberly McDaniel (Greg Alley); her great grandchildren, Anna Craig, AJ Craig, Aidan Rainwater, Abby Rainwater, McKinley Cook (Trenton), Tristan Church (Scarlett), Katie Lewis, Caroline Church, Abby Church, Halen McDaniel, Ace McDaniel, Luke Alley, Lexi Alley, Carter Church and Micah Church; and her great great grandchild MaryMac Church. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
