She was loved and cherished by many people including: her nephew Hunter Racine; her friend Lisa S. Racine; her parents, William Dewey (Anna Bell Racine) and Dr. Kuhlman; her husband Thomas Levi Futrell, Jr.; her children, Thomas Levi "Lee" Futrell, III and Michael Russ Futrell; her brother James Racine; and also Eugene "Gene" Noel (JoAnn). She was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, colleagues and friends.
