It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leamon Leon Burks of Colfax, Louisiana, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Burks and Anna Burks. He is survived by: his wife Jean Burks of Colfax; his sons, Matthew Burks of Tampa, FL., Marshall Burks (Judy) of Colfax and Mitchell Burks (Dawn) of Jonesboro, AR.; and his brother Robert Burks of Kountz, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
