He was predeceased by: his stepson Zachary Mauck; his brothers, Danny Rodgers and Kenny Rodgers; and his nephew Billy Rodgers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Johlyne "Jody" Rodgers; his stepdaughters, Jessica Darling, Melanie Norris and Kendra Mauck; and his siblings, Diana Sherrer Thompson, Janice Rodgers Futrell (Robin) and Billy C. Rodgers (Gaynell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
