He is survived by: his daughters, Christina McDonald and Angela Hunter; his grandchildren, Brittney Phillips, Briana Phillips, Amy Hunter and Dustin Allen Rockwell (Rachel); and his siblings, Doris Waxley (Jerry), Mary Rose Walker and David Wayne Foster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
