He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilburn and Lula Thomas Chandler; and his great grandchild Kaden Tammen. He is survived by: his wife Lavern Shrum Chandler; and his daughter Crystal Tammen (Jeff). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family requests that visitation be come and go, so that all will have an opportunity to pay their respects. Social distancing and mask are required.
