He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaston Gagnard and Virgie Brown; and his siblings, Jerry Gagnard, Julie Gagnard Dubroc and Theresa Gagnard Whittington.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Slayton Gagnard of Colfax; his children, Joseph Gagnard (Daphne) of Colfax, Rena Gagnard of Colfax and Marian Gagnard of Arkansas; his sisters, Janet Kelley of Colfax and Betty Shultz of Ball; his grandchildren, Kayla Huffman Jones (Sam), Stephen Huffman (Stephanie), Nicholas Williams (Taylor), Zachariah Williams, Santana Albert (JW) and Allison Hebert; and his great grandchildren, Aleesia Jones, Saphira Jones, Sarah Huffman, Ellie Huffman, Mia Williams, James Williams, Harper Williams, Heaven Albert, Naveah Albert, Selena Peterson and Chelsea Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
