It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Chelette (Colfax, Louisiana), who passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chelette and Louise Chelette; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Lynn Kingston and Christopher "Critter" Chelette. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Painter Chelette of Fairfield Community; his children, Charlotte Kingston of Fairfield Community, Karen Sandifer of Dry Prong, Laura Chelette of Fairfield Community, Jerry Chelette (Pam) of Tioga, Chris Chelette of Fairfield Community and John Chelette (Rhonda) of Dry Prong; and his sister Charlene Rooke of Bossier City.
