Futrell (Alan); her stepchildren, Rita Hendricks (Dennis) and Mark Hendricks (Karen); her grandchildren, Josh Lincecum (Roxanne), Jessica Cadis (Eric), Lance Harris and Blake Futrell; and her great grandchildren, Eli Lincecum, Rylin, Bentley Cadis and Addisyn Futrell.
