He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Rachal, Sr. and Emily Gallien Rachal; his son Douglas Rachal; and his siblings, Doretta Balthazar, Ambrose Rachal, Corine Gaspard, Margaret Price, Floyd Rachal and Elsie Christopher.
He is survived by: his wife Doretha Metoyer Rachal; his children, Darrell Rachal and Beverly Rachal; his great grandchild Kingston Knox; and his siblings, Mazie Beaudion, Charles Rachal and Ray Rachal. He is also survived by extended family that includes many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (423 LA-495, Cloutierville, LA 71416). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery.
