He was predeceased by: his parents, Fabio G. Halphen, Jr. and Marguerite Planchard Halphen; and his siblings, Sylvia Rivers, Fabio Halphen III, Marguerite Hughey and Leonard Halphen.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rice Halphen; his children, Michael, Lesley Halphen, Jason and Angie Coleman; his grandchildren, Karly, Jonathan Exum, Caitlin, Jack Carswell, Catherine Halphen and Emmy Coleman; his great grandchild Michael Andrew Carswell; and his siblings, Alfred (Janet Halphen), Eugene (Laura Halphen), Melanie (James Reeves), Janet Dornier, Paul (Kay Halphen), Suzanne (David Aubin), John (Liz Halphen), Mary (Lloyd Simms), Albert (Denise Halphen) and Kathleen (John Byrd).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church.
