We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2023, at the age of 60, Tammie Wright of Clayton, Louisiana, born in Natchez, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwaine Smith and Marie Smith Sr.; and also Peniston. She is survived by: her children, Brianna Shipp (Garrett) of Natchitoches, LA and Raymond Wright of Flowood, MS; her siblings, Elwaine "Buddy" Smith Jr., Edwin Bryan Smith, Horace Peniston, Cheryl Henderson (David), Deborah Platt (Steven) and June Lonigro (Nick); and her grandson Memphis Shipp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
