He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lee Mullins and Geneva Johnese Mullins; his son Jerry Wayne Mullins; and his siblings, Billy Mullins, H. L. Mullins, Katie Tarver, Louise Cowan Louise Dobson and Mary Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Denny Mullins of Clayton, LA; his daughters, Kay Cirilo (Byron) of Clayton, LA and Frances Mullins of Clayton, LA; his sisters, Margaret Thompson of Winnsboro, LA, Barbara Jean Pounds, Sue McVay of Ferriday, LA and Gladys Denny (Henry Jr.) of Pearl, MS; his grandchildren, Darrell Cirilo, Anthony Cirilo, Curtis Cirilo, Dustin Mullins and Marsha Pierite; and his great grandchildren, Kailani Cirilo, Cody Jenkins, Mason Wayne Cirilo, Natalie Grace Cirilo, Aubrey Cirilo, Aleigha Cirilo, Adeline Cirilo, Olivia Mullins and Caitie Mullins.
