He was predeceased by: his parents, Cat Halford and Bernice Tarver Halford; and his siblings, Derris "Bo" Glen Halford, Dorothy Robinson and Ethel Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Dingler Halford of Clayton, LA; his children, Jeremiah Halford (Amanda) of Prairieville, LA, Samantha Halford Johnson of Brooklyn Park, MN, Carolyn Dawson of Clayton, LA, Kay Williamson of Clayton, LA and Fay Humphries of Clayton, LA; and his siblings, Michael Halford (Nory) of San Diego, CA, Clifford "Sambo" Halford (Edwina) of Dunbarton, LA, Jerri Briggs (Sherman) of Vidalia, LA, Iris Carroll (Johnny) and Edith Carter of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
