She is survived by: her husband Roger Howard; her children, Jimmy Stapleton (Dianna Stapleton), David Stapleton, Lorie Howard Taylor and Sandy Howard Allen (Michael Allen); her daughter-in-law Rona Stapleton; her siblings, Benny Lindsey (Molly Lindsey) of Zachary, LA, Alvin Caravalho (Nena Caravalho) of Winn, Louisiana, Wanda Jean Lindsey Haggard (Billy Haggard) of Fort Worth, Lydia Ann Schaffer and Wally Schaffer of Idaho; her grandchildren, Kelsey Stapleton, Jacob Allen, Ryan Lee Stapleton, Dustin Taylor, Brittany LaShay Prescott, Spencer Stapleton, Harley Taylor, Hailey McKenna Stapleton and Hope Roni Elizabeth Stapleton; and her great grandchildren, Asher Paul Lee Taylor and Skylar Kinsley Smith.
