He is survived by: his wife Vergie Lewis of Church Point; his children, Wilbert Savoy, Jr. of Opelousas, John Paul Lewis (Elizabeth) of Church Point, Christopher Lewis (Alice) of Sunset and Laura Hopkins (Sherman) of Houston, TX; his siblings, Nelson Woods of Lafayette, Daniel Woods of Baton Rouge and Rita Savoy of Beaumont, TX; and his sister-in-law Linda Savoy. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
