She was predeceased by: her parents, Linton Rogers and Myrtle Rogers; her children, Cedric Chachere and Myrtle Chachere; her grandparents, Pierre and Elizabeth Harrison; her siblings, Joseph "Kip" Harrison, Jimmy Rogers, Albert "Johnny" John and Betty Jean Rogers-Batiste; and her sister-in-law Helen John.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nichole Duplechain (Willary) of Church Point, LA, Shameka Chachere (Medgar Simmons) of Church Point, LA and Danielle Chachere (Cornelius Davis) of Church Point, LA; her close friend Darryl Richard of Church Point, LA; the father of her children James Chachere, Sr. of Church Point, LA; her sister Elizabeth Marie Bedford (Robert) of Missouri City, TX; her grandchildren, Willary Duplechain, John Duplechain, Jamarcus Moore, Keyshawn Damon, Tyler Simmons, Cornelius Davis, Jr., Meagan Simmons, Chloe Davis and Cardi Davis; and her goddaughter Charrel Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 8:00 a. m. to 10:45 a. m. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church. ** Please be advised we will adhere to the safety measures and precautions provided by the state of Louisiana due to COVID-19.
