He was predeceased by: his parents, Curley Joseph Castille and Vanga Mae Colligan; and his brother Gerald Castille. He is survived by: his wife Delores Brown Castille of Church Point; his children, Jacqueline C. Thevis (Dwayne) of Eunice, LA, Tammy C. Richard (Keith Fruge) of Church Point, Monica Sue Castille (Jory McKenzie) of Church Point and Chad Michael Castille (Rachel) of Church Point; his grandchildren, Stephanie Coffey, Cody Richard, Ty Castille, Shelbi Richard, Nicholas Vanicor, McKayla Ardoin, Cameron Castille and Annalise Vanicor; his great grandchildren, Elliot Ardoin, Yvette Ardoin, Amalie Coffey and Ezekiel Vanicor; his stepgrandchildren, Kristen, Ciara, Melina, Mitchell Vanicor and Jeanna Wiley; and his siblings, Fabiola Lanthier (Murphy) of Church Point, Wilrey Castille (Martha) of Church Point, Aubrey Castille (Kathy) of Church Point and Raphael Castille of Church Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
