She is survived by: her husband Herman A. Burns; her son Bill Wimberly (Melissa); her grandchildren, Mallory, Sierra and Avery Wimberly; her stepgrandchildren, Therese Kirkpatrick (Toby) and Kane Briscoe; her grandchildren, Chandler and David Ross Kirkpatrick; and her sisters, Georgia Harrell (John Dale), Nell Pepitone and Sandra Duhon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
