He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Savoy and Ethel C. Savoy; and his brothers, Charles, Herman and Lonnie Savoy.
He is survived by: his son Norman James Savoy, Jr.; his significant other Wanda "Ruth" Bias of Church Point; his siblings, Lora Savoy of Church Point, Curley of Church Point and Lionel Savoy of Church Point; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Savoy, Kelsey Savoy and Mark Savoy. He is also survived by six step grandchildren; three God children.
