She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Collins; her parents, Wilfred Smith and Essie T. Smith; and her sister Geneva Reed. She is survived by: her children, Annette (Curley Guidry), Cathy (Carl Royer) of Vider, TX, Tammy (Kevin Dockery) of Vider, TX and Charlie (Adriana Briscoe) of Vider, TX; her brother Allen Ray Smith of Orange, TX; and her grandchildren, Mandi, Tresia, Chelsea, Amy, Tabatha, Cody, Marah, Haley and Lilly. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
